Basically, we need your detail only for horoscope reading. We will delete your data once you ask us do show.  However your email address and zodiac may be stored for sending you news, blogs, articles and weekly, monthly and yearly horoscope.  we do not have refund policy. We provide service and our team member work hard to be up to date to do so. But, if you haven’t taken any services like counselling (in-person/virtual/ chat /class or courses/ events/videos/ audio), we might consider a refund of 50% within 7 days of purchase only.

No, it is your responsibility to maintain your correct details including date of birth, time of birth and place of birth to receive the best consultation. 

Yes, you can edit some of the content like time of birth, but in case your Date of birth is incorrect, you may need to email us stating us your concern. We are not liable to give replacement consultation if you provide us incorrect details too. For example, you have 2 chat available and you used one with incorrect details and you only have one Free chart options available in your memberships. But you can still purchase chat ticket from your dashboard.
